Returnable products are products that have a workmanship problem only, and there is no return or exchange for sound products.
Returned products are accepted within 2 days of receiving the order. You must submit your return request within 2 days.
The product must be unused or damaged and must be in the same original condition in which you received it.
You cannot return any product that has been consumed or used.
How do I return my product?
In order to ensure the satisfaction of our beloved customers, all your purchases in “Printout” are returnable for free within 2 days from the date of delivery. You must do the following in case you want to return the order:

Describe the problem you are facing in detail, attaching the name, order number and a picture of the product for confirmation.
We will contact the shipping company to receive the product from you and return it to our warehouse.
The new product will be sent within 7 working days.
